Sushi by Bou- Palm Beach Gardens FL @ PGA National Resort

Decided to try it out on a whim tonight for dinner. We had the basic omakase. I have a gluten allergy and they were able to accommodate me with no issues. I felt very comfortable eating everything and wasn’t stressed about my allergy (which isn’t always straight forward with sushi). The staff was very attentive and observant. I ordered the yuzu lemonade, and the other members of our party also had non alcoholic drinks. Without even asking or making it awkward, they gave us yuzu lemonade shots when it was time for the sake toast. It’s the little things that really impress me when I dine out. It’s not always easy dining out sober with allergies - it seems that I’m always having to ask for something special or explain my needs - and it’s the worst. I always feel like a burden. I loved that I could sit down and enjoy the amazing meal without worrying or checking to make sure each course was ok for me to eat. On top of it all, our sushi chef JT was amazing! He kept the sushi flowing and did a great job describing each piece. We can’t wait to go back! So glad we live close enough that we can go regularly!

Third time was absolutely the CHARM Sushi by Bou @PGA National offers the most amazing and genuinely delicious Sushi within a 35 miles as I had the pleasure of experiencing a twelve course Omakase meal there. Our Host Brian welcomed us with such warmth that you feel like a regular patron the minute you enter the restaurant. Add to that the individual chefs could not have gone out of their way to make sure each patron enjoyed themselves to the maximum, 12 course, 17 course or a la carte. Each serving literally melts in your mouth from yellowtail, scallop, shrimp, salmon, tuna tarte married with a unique blend of gluten free drizzle toppings - even a dabble of truffle or caviar Our absolute favorites are the pieces that are "torched" bringing out the true flavor of fatty salmon and/or White Toro. But the Surf and Turf which we never had before was out of this world. Mmmmn GREAT
