They have gluten free soy sauce! FYI: Spicy roll filling is premade with tempura flakes, so no spicy roll can be made gluten free. Eel: Eel sauce can be gluten free, but it doesn’t seem typical. All rolls that have eel will have eel sauce even if it isn’t noted on the menu. Crab: Any mention of crab is imitation crab. There are very few imitation crab that is gluten free, so don’t expect it to be gf. It isn’t typical that the server is aware of celiac or gf ingredients, so speak up and ask your server to ask the kitchen about ingredients. I typically eat salmon, tuna, and Alaska rolls as a symptomatic celiac (gluten allergy/can’t handle cross contamination) for the all you can eat. Their sashimi is also excellent.

Ask for the GF menu to see what is available!! I usually tell my waitress that I have an allergy and she informs the chef. I have eaten here 20+ times safely, but was once told the salad was GF when it (certainly) was not. I stick to the rolls/nigiri now and have not had a problem!
