Yummy, but limited in gluten free options. It’s crazy that there are not more gluten free options, they could simply substitute with Tamari or gluten free soy sauce. We had the Alaska roll which was really amazing, creative, flavor forward, and delicious. The Ato roll was superb with a dreamy melt in your mouth but not mushy feel. The crazy horse was simple and fresh. We liked the freshness and slap-you-in-the-face flavors (meant in a good way: bold). The hamachi with jalapeño was nice, but since I couldn’t have the ponzu sauce, it suffered in flavor. (Again, why NOT substitute in Tamari or gluten free soy sauce? Why not give other options such as the gluten free soy and a lime to give that sharp citrus flavor)? I would have given 5+ stars if there was more kindness toward gluten free diners. The service was good, the atmosphere was pleasant, the sushi was fresh, the veggies on point. Went in the evening so we couldn’t enjoy the presumed mountain view.
