The food was good. However, I have celiac and I was told that one of the rolls was naturally gluten free. It had crab stick in it. I questioned again when they brought it out and was told again it was ok. Disappointing because it’s hard to find sushi that I can eat, but this time it made me really sick

I’ve been coming here for 5 years. Hunter and Michael and the whole staff are excellent. Sushi chef José is amazing. I have a gluten allergy and they know how to modify to make things gluten-free. This is my favorite spot in AZ
