Incredible!! My mom has a pretty severe allergy (celiac) so I put some very specific instructions for preparation. You guys exceeded our expectations and I really appreciate you making this such a safe experience for her! Also, the sushi was DELICIOUS! Avocado salmon and philly roll were our faves.
