They have gluten free tamari soy sauce. Stick to classic and raw rolls and specify no sauce to be GF.

The chirashi don was delicious and well-presented. The number of pieces of fish doesn't seem like a lot, but the size more than makes up for it! Also, the service was very nice, the waitress went out of her way to make sure our dietary restrictions (gluten free) were met!
