Sushi Masa Lakeland

We were not very happy with our experience here. The food was overall bland, the rice was chewy, vegetables were very undercooked and the meat was unseasoned and rubbery. A few in our party needed gluten free food and while our waiter mostly provided what they needed, he acted very annoyed at having to provide it or answering questions about what was gf versus not. A couple in our group also had stomach aches after eating here. And it took probably 30 minutes after asking for our check for our waiter to bring it to us. Overall… I would not recommend.

Terrible service, terrible food , they don't take allergies seriously. Never saw a manger like i was told I would after being sent gluten after I ordered off the gluten menu and accidentally ate a part of it . Don't bother going if you have an allergy. Still had to pay $70 for two drinks and one roll and obviously I left angry and hungry .
