We visited Sushi one on a Monday lunchtime. There were few guests there. The food came after two (starter) or five (sushi) minutes. We had very friendly, courteous service. Very attentive to the gluten-free nature of dishes and soy sauce. The ambience is very nice, especially for Ghibli fans ;)

Very great and friendly service. Enjoying gluten-free was no problem. First time gluten free sushi since I was diagnosed with celiac disease 4 years ago. The waitress showed me exactly what I could and couldn't eat on the menu. Was very attentive and very accommodating. There is even gluten-free soy sauce. I'll definitely be back. Super tasty and gluten is absolutely a term and they know their stuff well.
