Reasonably priced good quality sushi.
For the price, the sushi and sashimi has always been fresh and delicious at Sushi Pro.
We recently ordered takeout where there were some issues. Deluxe Chirashi has a really great assortment of sashimi on top with toro and uni. In the pictures (Ubereats) there are also hotate but wasn’t in the bowl, so slightly misleading. They also put yuzu kosho on top of the toro which is not in their photos.
Takeout can be a hit and miss with their packaging as my hand roll and some sushi were heavily covered in wasabi due to the placement and no separators.
I love how for those with dietary restrictions, they are careful with the orders and even have gluten free soy sauce.
Tempura is not like traditional light and airy Japanese tempura but heavily battered.
Quality is 4. Due to issues worth order, the rating is more 3/3.5.
