I had an awful experience here. They had a nice long menu, but unfortunately did not include complete item descriptions. I am gluten free and always consider sushi a safe choice. In my experience, crunchy bits are an amenity and listed in the description and the item costs more.
One of my rolls came out and I noticed there were crunchy bits in the inside. I assumed it was my mistake for not reading the menu. I asked to see the menu and they asked of everything was okay. Crunchy was not listen in the description. I explained the situation and they then told me that there was gluten in the other dish they had sent out and I had begun to eat. They then blamed me for not telling them ahead of time that I was allergic to gluten.
To top it off, they charged me for the roll that I had started to eat. They told me because I had eaten some of it that they couldn't cancel that part of the order. I was sick for days. Not a safe menu. Not fully informed consent on the ingredients.
