Very quick service and when a mistake was made ,easily rectified . Beautiful presentation and good quality sashimi. Not enough options for celiac or gluten free though.

Jinzakya in Waterloo is the way to go. We called sushi stars and they were unwilling to connect us to a manager or kitchen staff to discuss gluten free options. Girl was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Suggested we go elsewhere. Jinzakaya was completely the opposite. Chef even comes to Table to explain everything. I'm disgusted with Sushi Stars treatment of our genuine concerns and they might as well put up a sign WE DONT WANT CUSTOMERS WITH GLUTEN ALLERGIES.!!!!!
