After traveling in Japan and going to various sushi restaurants I have no doubt this has been the best. The quality of the fish and the cutting skills of the chef were astonishing, the fish melted in your mouth. I really recommend the squid sashimi, and the namida rolls. The service was excellent, they were understanding of gluten free products (which is very rare) and overall admirably cordial. We went early in the evening and the atmosphere was authentic and enjoyable.
