Sushi Train Burpengary

If you're looking for sushi in the area, look no further! Especially if you're a coeliac like me. I popped in the other day for the first time and asked if they had any gluten free options. The young woman showed me the menu where it's all marked up and then without needing to say it, she then told me if it's am allergy like coeliac then let her know and they clean and change gloves before preparing it. Then when we got our sushi another woman who worked there told us that this is gluten free, they cleaned and wiped down everything, changed gloves and kept the sauces separate. Will be back heaps! Thank you!
