Sushi Uokura

Great sushi....found out that Masago eggs are soaked in soy sauce so they have gluten when they shouldnt.....good service, he for got my plum wine so removed it from the ticket. Also they had run out of gluten free soy sauce or tamari....kinda need those to eat my sushi. Its a great place for an all you can eat sushi meal. Portion sizes are fantastic. What u don't eat u pay full price for. I'm a little miffed about the Masago eggs(smelt roe) being soaked in a sauce that they don't need soaked in. Eel is another one the is marinated in a sauce w gluten. So by doing this they are in fact removing options that can and should be gluten free from the all u can eat or the menu period.

Loved this Japanese restaurant on the outskirts of Golden. Beautiful decor with formal kimonos hanging on the wall for decoration. Gluten free friendly, all you have to do is ask. Enough so for someone with celiacs to come eat with confidence.
