Great sushi place. You can have all you can eat, or ask the waiter for a regular menu.
Gluten free friendly. Gf soy sauce, waitress was knowledgeable about what can and cannot be made gf.
The only issue with gf was the fact most menu had gluten in it. Almost all sushi rolls had panko or tempura.
But they were able to accommodate.
Overall, great option around Lake george.
