Driving through Twin Falls and craving sushi led us to this gem of restaurant. The exterior doesn’t do justice to the clean and bright dining area. The fact that they had a specific gluten free menu was a relief, and the server making sure I had gluten free soy sauce made my day. I’ll be back for the Hula roll!

Sushi Ya is a great sushi restaurant that is very gluten-free friendly. The staff are very knowledgeable about different allergies, and take extra care to ensure no cross-contamination. The food is delicious. I would highly recommend!
