Sushime Asian Bistro

I travel for work frequently and one advantage is having my wife with me on my business trips. With her gluten allergy it can be difficult but we have found ways around this. When we find a place that can make virtually anything gluten free, some of her favorite items that she can't have other places, she was able to find here - I call this a success. The food is delicious and the service was fantastic. I don't think I have ever seen anyone tear up over being able to have a spring roll. We will be back as many times as we can.

The owner is so kind and ensures great service every time! I have celiac disease and have to have everything gluten-free. They are so careful with my restrictions. I have never had a problem at this restaurant. This is the best Asian food I’ve had in a very long time!
