Sushiology

I love this restaurant. Wonderful food, great service! I have Celiac disease, and they have a good gluten free menu.

First time here yesterday. We have found our new favorite sushi place. Everything was fantastic, food was fresh came out quickly, the rolls were substantial and the prices were very reasonable. They have a limited gluten-free menu, but it's still a list of some really good rolls. They also take gluten allergies seriously, and had a nice little gluten-free flag stuck in my wife's order. I ordered a spicy tuna roll, which was fantastic, and their teriyaki chicken. When it arrived I could call it mount chicken, because it was a giant pile of chicken with some nice grilled vegetables on the side. I usually order sushi when going to a sushi place, but this was pretty dang good, so I'll probably be ordering it again.
