Swad Indian Kitchen

Love all the gluten free options and how clearly things are marked on the menu! I ordered takeout and got the ‘hot’ spice level vegetable biryani. The veggies were cooked great, and very generous portion sizes but I wish it had some more flavour. I also think they might’ve accidentally made it as mild because it wasn’t spicy at all for some reason? Like not even a little bit :/ maybe they forgot to add it lol??

Swad is our family’s favourite Indian restaurant on the Northshore! The place is beautiful and fairly clean with friendly service and great food. No buffet and only à-la-carte fresh food. Most of the menu is gluten-free and delicious! They also have a private room for a small private party. I love the heated plates and their cutlery as well as the variety of the menu.
