Sweet Lou's Restaurant and Tap House

I ordered the Hawaiian pulled pork and ham sandwich. They forgot the pork! I couldn't get anyone's attention so I had to go to the check out desk to ask for help. She sent someone. When I asked for it to be fixed they brought me pork on a plate. I tried to put the pork on the sandwich but it fell apart since I had gluten free bread. The manager came to the table to ask if there was something he could do and I told him it had been taken care of but not in a timely manner. He offered 50% off and I was grateful. When the bill came it was only 25% off and the check out said that is what they always do. Rather than argue, we paid the bill. Not sure I would go back

First time ordering from them. My daughter's hamburger was only half cooked when she asked for medium well. My wife ordered mushrooms which never came with hers and well done and came medium well I took a chance having celiacs and ordered gluten free but it wasn't marked and we had to figure which of the three burgers was actually mine. Won't be ordering there again.

The service was fantastic. They had gluten free food. The prices were reasonable too. I am going back again and again!
