Monica makes phenomenal crepes. A light touch, even with some heavier crepes like Stroganoff. Well seasoned and super flavorful. If you are on team gluten free, call her a day in advance and she can make most things gf.

Monica, the owner of sweet épico, made THE BEST gluten free cake for the wedding day. She also made delicious and adorable party favors with the macaroons.
I have to eat gluten free for health reasons but really wanted a cake that everyone could enjoy. This cake did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. It was a carrot cake so we also requested a vanilla cake with guava and it just as good!! I had my planned remake she’s I had all the left over cake going to my home. Would recommend to anyone
