I am gluten intolerant and I wanted to have a GF apple pie for my wedding at Glenhaven. They responded super quick to explain they don't normally make gluten free apple pies, and I was understanding. They made beautiful and delicious GF cupcakes instead. However, when my mom and MOH went to pick them up they had surprised us with a GF Apple Pie. It made my cry and was what we used to cut the "cake". It was soooo yummy!
Not to mention my mom and MOH had a blast buying all sorts of yummy goodies! Everyone loved the doughnuts and pastries while we were getting ready.
