Hi, I have celiac disease and so I was thrilled when I found this spot on the FindMeGF app which is used heavily by celiacs and other gluten intolerant people. I unfortunately had a reaction right after I finished my bowl. It tastes good but there’s something in the ingredients here that is definitely not gluten free. The staff at the counter was very nice but I think the owner needs to look into the details of the ingredients before they continue to make claims this is 100% gluten free on the menu. I’m happy to update my review and try again if the owner confirms they’ve double checked all the ingredients like soy sauces, seasonings, etc and made adjustments. I know exactly what a gluten reaction feels like and I don’t feel well after eating here due to my immune disorder.
