Healthy, fresh, locally sourced food at a more than fair price point. Plenty of gluten free and vegetarian options to choose from, great seasonal menu selections (a portion of which is donated) accompany the regular menu which itself has great choices.
All the people working @ ink block location are pleasant, polite, professional and kind ...even with a line to the door.
