We had a wonderful experience working with Shaneice for our wedding! She was beyond accommodating with our request for a gluten free cake and even made us a whole batch of gluten free cupcakes to try before we even booked her. My partner and I live out of state and it was so easy to maintain contact with Shaneice. Most importantly our cakes were beautiful and delicious! We froze the gluten free red velvet cake and it still tastes great months later. Can't say enough wonderful things about Shaneice and her baking skills!

Oh my gosh!!!! We ordered our wedding cake from Shaneice because I knew she would do a great job, but she far exceeded our expectations!!! We got a 3 tier lemon cake with raspberry filling, and left the decoration up to her. We couldn’t believe how beautiful it was (I mean seriously gorgeous) and so generous with the size and decoration especially because her prices were so reasonable! We also got a dozen gluten free cupcakes for family with celiac and they were beautifully decorated and delicious as well. The flavors in the cake were perfect, it was absolutely excellent and I would highly recommend Shaneice any time you need (or want!) fabulous confections in Roanoke.
