Sweetwater Oyster Bar

Delicious find!! Went on a Friday in lent and it was packed! Found this place using a gluten free app and wow the Food was delicious and all gluten free (upon request). We had hush puppies, fried shrimp, and crab cake. My husband had a yummy lobster risotto. They said they could make just about everything gluten free except the ravioli. Service was EXCELLENT and super knowledgeable. Atmosphere perfect. Such a great night. It was on the pricier side, but I figure that’s seafood for you. There was a good crowd too, we had to wait for a table, so it could be smart to call ahead.

We chose Swwetwater after reading a review on Find Me Gluten Free. And I'm so glad we did! Our server Danny was very knowledgeable about all of the dishes, their ingredients, and food allergies. It was very refreshing. And because they make everything from scratch, they are able to modify almost everything in the menu. They stated they even have a dedicated fryer in the kitchen for gluten free! I had the ahi Tuna with Ponzu sauce and the scallops, truffle fries and fried shrimp... all made gluten free.... and all of it absolutely delicious! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his friend shrimp, and the salad with the pesto. He said it was hands down the best pesto he's ever had. I highly recommend eating here!
