We always ask many questions before ordering if we go to a SC that we have not visited before just to make sure they are familiar with the aspects of celiac and for them to know that with diagnosed celiac it just is not a food allergy or a decision to not eat gluten ....Celiac is a life long disease and if a small amount of gluten gets in his system it sets him back to square one. We feel confident to order the rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoe and corn .
