I required a gluten free menu, with attention to limiting cross contact. Sybaris has a separate GF menu, and were versed in taking care. The wait staff made us feel welcome. The food was amazing. I had the beef boirgione and my husband, weisswurst. The flavors were fabulous. The 3 vanilla creme brulee typed of the meal. The restaurant has a relaxed feel while providing high-end food. Extensive wine menu, but disappointed no beers were on-tap.
