Toast came cold with no butter..asked for new hot buttered toast. Got just butter with a pile of crumbs in it for buttering cold toast. Re asked for hot toast. Finally got it. Asked about crumbs in butter... they use the same knife to scoop butter out as they use to spread the butter on toast. Cross contaminating with other breads including gluten free bread is not acceptable. Server seemed to think it was OK.
