T's BBQ Connection

I gave the atmosphere a 5, for the type of establishment it is. It’s a local barbecue joint. Now to the food. What an awesome surprise to find some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had, right here in Fairbanks. Im always looking for a good barbecue place wherever we travel. Can’t always find it. Caleb, the owner and chef has done it in my opinion. The brisket falls apart, the pulled pork is just right and both are bursting with flavor. Then there’s 2 sides tried that will be a must have when we go back. The beans and the coleslaw, oh my they are soooo good too. I actually had left over meat so that I could enjoy my sides too. Also his sauces are homemade. I was able to enjoy a gluten free dinner. Caleb assured me of that. I highly recommend his establishment if you want good barbecue I’ve, it’s better than good, it’s great. Just because we’re in Fairbanks doesn’t mean we have to settle for less and T’s BBQ is proof of that .
