We were visiting the community for the day and looking for a place to eat mid-afternoon when we came across T&C Family Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and seated on the patio as requested. There were quite a few wasps outside, but the staff did their best to manage them by setting out cups to lure them away. Mike, the owners’ son, came over to chat with us and answer any questions about the menu. I have celiac disease and multiple food allergies, and he reassured me that they are very familiar with gluten-free dining and could safely accommodate me. He walked me through all the gluten-free options (which was impressively most of the menu!). I decided on the brisket poutine with gluten-free gravy, and it was outstanding! The portion size was very generous—I even had enough to bring home for another meal. The flavours were fantastic, and the service was above and beyond. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
