The golden color and even texture were spot on, with a hint of buttery flavor. The batter was smooth with no lumps and had a balanced mix of sweetness and saltiness. They were flexible enough to roll without tearing, yet sturdy enough to hold fillings— which they did not skimp on. We tried a chocolate banana (not Nutella) and a BLT. The savory one was perfectly balanced with flavors, and the crepes are large, generous portions. Their house-made chocolate nuggets melt in your mouth. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality gluten free options. They’re located inside Ballston Quarter in the food court. 10/10.
