I’ve been here twice over the last year. The staff are able to discuss and explain the allergens and what measures are in place, which was really reassuring. They use fresh clean oil for coeliac orders, so I was able to have salt and pepper chips / ribs, made safely. I also had a delicious chicken and green peppers in black bean sauce. They do advertise the prawn crackers as GF, but they are made in a factory that handles wheat, so as a coeliac, these are a no for me.
