TASTE

Went in to order a sandwich on gluten-free bread because I have celiac disease. The lady at the counter was like the menu is over there and so I got the menu and she’d like that then I wanted to drink and she’s like well that’ll be it and I was like OK what kind of drink and she’s like that’s it and I’m like OK then while they’re making my sandwich with their gloves on they’re playing with the hair playing with necklaces drinking and everything like that now I’ll give you a picture of my sandwich of how disgusting it looks, and it smells sour.

It has been a while since we visited Taste. Historically have had good service but today even though we clearly stated gluten free due to allergy there was a croton in my wife salad and she got cross contaminated. I took the salad to the staff and they offered to make it again. The second salad had other items not Gluten-free. Very disappointed as they used to have dedicated station for making Gluten-free orders.

The food is amazing. However, check to make sure you get what you order. I placed an online order to pick up prior to the lunch rush (I was the only person in there). Got there picked it up got back to the office and found meat pieces, cleary intentionally placed. I ordered the Inlet as I don’t eat meat (vegetarian). This is super disappointing. I’d imagine similar carelessness with gluten dietary restrictions to.
