Most of the menu is inherently gluten free and labeled as such. They also now have a dedicated fryer, using exclusively rice flour. One of the owners has a kid with celiac and they are very conscious of cross contamination. On top of the safety, the staff and food are above and beyond. From the wine list, all the way down to the coffee and dessert, no detail suffers to mediocrity. Terroir is truly an exceptional experience.
