Our server Kirsty was fab, multiple allergies and everything taken in to account. Fussy children, balloon swords and bears! Food was delicious, service was excellent. Great night out with family. And the pecan pie was vegan and gluten free 😍

Came into TGI last week after a long train journey from London and just wanted some good comforting food. I was greeted by a lovely young lady at the door who was very smiley and welcoming. She took me straight to my table and explained the process for dealing with my Gluten Allergy. My server Ronan was exceptional, full of witty banter and made my experience one to really remember. Veronika the manager came over quickly and took my food order while Ronan came straight back with my drink. Food arrived quickly and piping hot (I highly recommend the Ultimate Ribs). Overall a very good experience at Fridays and I will definitely be back!
