TGI Fridays - Telford

Waiting 20mins before asking someone to come and take our order. Waited 30 mins for one lot of drinks to arrive then another 10 mins for my children to arrive. The starters came after saying how long this has taken and my kids are tired and honestly, I’ve never seen anything worse! I wouldn’t even serve them to my dog. The mozzarella sticks were placed on a plate which were rock hard- overcooked. There was no presentation just thrown on a plate. With nothing else. No side sauce, dressing just throw on a plate. Not what they looked like on the menu! The gluten-free dish was shocking.. again no care, no side sauce or presentation. No care at all! being coeliac I felt like I could not take that risk on them being careful if they couldn’t even get the starters right. I told the waiter I was not paying and they told me I had to pay for my drinks! Which is shocking!!! I would rate this below 1 if I could. Shocking!!!

Busy on Saturday, but great meal and excellent attention to gluten-free requirements
