TGI Fridays

Andrea and Gumaro were the best servers I have ever had the joy to have. They both went above and beyond in ensuring my Celiac and allergies were safely accommodated -- each dish was gone over in depth, with advice given on alternatives and what safe options were enjoyable. Pictures of labels on potentially risky items were provided and avoided, and custom orders were made to suit my health needs and taste. I was able to order food for tomorrow morning's breakfast, with Andrea doing so much to ensure I would have a good morning tomorrow, going and hunting down fruit I like and can safely eat. They have made my accidental layover here in Chicago such a positive experience. Both were extremely friendly and personable, I felt incredibly welcome. I was served quickly and had regular check ins with no struggle finding them when needed. Thank you both for going so far above and beyond with your level of attention to detail and care. I really got to know Andrea and felt like we were friends during this meal. Truly a family friendly restaurant, I will absolutely recommend stopping here. 🙌
