THB Bagelry & Deli of Timonium

Really disappointed with this place. I’ve been here twice , and the first time it was pretty good ,but the second time sucked and was a total rip off. I got the gluten-free bagel with avocado and bacon. My bagel was $11 and they put the absolute THINNEST possible layer of avocado spread on my bagel . The bagel was not even toasted (even though I did not mark it to be untoasted) and was just ridiculously dry. I emailed them about my experience and all they said was they will “contact the location to make sure they have their toaster working correctly”. I was hoping this would be a regular new spot because they offer the gluten-free bagels, which I was really excited about. Honestly, if they would have offered like a $10 voucher for me to come back, I definitely would have. The response to my complaint was just very disappointing. My kids bagels were also barely toasted and rubbery. Do not recommend..
