I am coeliac and, therefore, gluten free. I read online that Sushi Azabu could do gluten free, however, their rice had been pre-made and contained soy sauce, so they couldn't. They recommended I try Tokyo restaurant. It was incredible. I had wagyu nigiri sushi with no soy sauce and chicken with mashed potato and veg, then chocolate and pistachio ice cream for dessert. They were so helpful and so knowledgeable. 10/10
