THEKOI Sushi & Sake

Please stop charging extra for fresh Wasabi and Gluten free Soy Sauce. Seriously?! That is Nickel and Dime League. The ONLY Restaurant I have EVER been to that charges extra for Gluten free Soy Sauce. Lol. It doesn’t cost any more than regular Soy. Should I bring some of my own next time? And our Waiter was too embarrassed to tell us about the extra charges. I drop $200 every time we go there, at the least. That extra charge takes the Classy right out of the scenario and alone is enough to by pass Flo for awhile. Never anything close to this happens at ANY of the other Sushi places. SMH. Great Sushi, but really? Lol.

I absolutely loved the ambiance of Flo Restaurant. I didn't get a chance to try the Sake, but there was a very large and appealing variety. The flavor of the seaweed salad and spicy tuna roll were great, and there were gluten-free options for my gf friend. I was a little disappointed at how small the tuna rolls were, about the diameter of a nickle, and I ended up with a really bad stomach ache that night. If it wasn't so far, I'd definitely give Flo another chance!
