Wonderful and excellent cook. I'm celiac and I've had hamburgers with a delicious gluten-free seed bun. But today I also wanted a hot dog, and the chef adapted this bun to fit the hot dog so I could enjoy it. I'll tell you, I was amazed at how delicious it was, better than any hot dog bun, and I've tried a few. So I recommend it especially to people with celiac disease. They can go with complete confidence because it controls cross-contamination. Plus, the kitchen is open, and you can see all the food handling. This makes us feel more secure.
