Tiabi Coffee & Waffle

They serve vegan coffee and waffles since 2013. This location opened few years ago and is closer to me. Gluten free waffles also available. They also serve sandwiches and tea. Love the churro waffle with nutella topped with fruits. Do you know that TIABI roasts their own coffee? They use the Bellwether coffee machine which operate without the need for gas lines or external ventilation resulting in lower carbon emissions compared to traditional gas-powered roasters.

Went to original one years ago and this was my first time trying this one. I stopped in for a possible coffee and left with much more. First time and they went over the menu with me and I told him about my gluten and dairy sensitivity and he explained to me that I can use the gluten free waffle with vegan cheese on my chicken wafflewich I got excited. So grateful they had the option because sometimes ppl want to switch it up if they have a dairy allergy. The lemonade basil refresher was really nice and not watered down like most refreshers can be. My meal was the best gluten free meal I’ve had ever. I wish I would of ordered two lol. The side salad was tasty.

I absolutely loved this place! I was a new customer and being both vegan and gluten free I had some questions about the menu. I was so happy to find out the gluten free waffle was also vegan. The person behind the counter was so so nice and happily answered all my questions. I got the chorizo frittata wafflewich and it was so delicious! I wanted both savory and sweet, so I ate the toppings like an open faced sandwich with the waffle underneath and saved the other half of the waffle which didn't get many of the toppings on it (because it was like the top of the sandwich, not because it was made incorrectly), and ate that one with syrup. They were both delightful. I was eating alone so sat at the breakfast bar area and I was happy see the high top chairs had a bar at the right height for my short legs. A small, but very nice thing to have.😅 The lemon basil refresher was very good as well. So so happy I decided to eat breakfast here. I will 100% be back. It's in a strip mall and has a good sized parking lot so parking is easy.
