O
I was in Seattle for a conference and came to Tidal twice because it was so good. The oysters, fish and chips, cocktails, and even desserts were phenomenal. Clearly, because I had to come back for their weekend breakfast (not pictured because I ate it so quickly). A special thank you to Veasita, George, and Manty (I apologize if I misspelled names). They were so helpful, personable, and charming. Next time I am in Seattle I will be back for happy hour! I only wish I didn’t leave before the shuck and sip class, I would have been the first to sign up. Note: AMAZING gluten free options here!

I was very excited that they offered gluten-free fish and chips. But I became very ill that evening, and into the next day with typical gluten symptoms- I did not eat anything else that would’ve contain gluten that day. Can only guess that kitchen staff didn’t understand what gluten-free meant. Celiac’s is a real disease and trying to keep gluten free is not easy it marred, and otherwise great experience at the Hyatt and at the restaurant.
