My son has celiacs disease and we are very limited in where we can dine out. They have gluten-free buns and bread for many of their sandwiches, but more importantly, they have an amazing gluten-free pizza crust. We literally ate it the first time and thought there was a mistake in the kitchen and they assured us it was their gluten-free version. It’s one of our local ‘go to’ joints now when we want a nice meal.
Update 2/24: After bringing my latest take-home order home and opening the boxes to find different looking pizzas (ordered 3 total, 1 GF), I called the restaurant thinking there was some sort of mistake. I was told their supplier for their crusts have changed. I didn’t try the gluten-free one but it looked much thinner than I remembered. The ‘regular’ crust pizzas were also much thinner and not nearly as tasty as the previous orders we had made on many occasions. Don’t think we will be getting these anymore, wish they hadn’t made a change!
