I have celiac disease and a few days ago I went with some friends to Madrid. Since it was raining, we decided to eat early and while looking for gluten-free places, this place came up. To begin with, I wanted to go in to ask about the issue of gluten and contamination and they won't let you in because despite there being free tables they make you queue to wait and serve you. When I finally managed to get in to (just) ask, the girl at the counter had no idea what I was asking her even though the menu says that there are several dishes that are apparently gluten-free. It turns out that everything has cross contamination because they make EVERYTHING on the same plate. The only thing gluten-free are the corn tortillas. If you are celiac you cannot eat here, things are NOT gluten-free or suitable for celiacs.
