TNS will seem expensive to Torontonians who have the luxury of choice, but finding a gem like this in a 'small town' is like finding gold. Surrounding towns don't have the stock and what is in stock is exorbitant price-wise. TNS has amazing choice of foods, breads, frozen and fresh goods, organic meats, dairy and broad choice of supplements. Super friendly and helpful staff and a rewards program of their own. Coming from Bancroft, we NEVER miss the chance to drop in when in Cobourg. The only place I can buy gluten free bread that is not based on Rice flour. I walk in for one or two items and walk out with a boxful of groceries everytime...

This place us fantastic! They carry a wide range of foods, vegetables, meat, milk etc., all organic or gluten free or vegetarian. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.
