A small restaurant in Tricomalee with very good food at a reasonable price.
I'm celiac, and the owner is very knowledgeable about gluten. They have several options on the menu (dosa, iddly, iddiyapam), and the owner also checks in the kitchen to make sure everything is gluten-free and free of contamination.
