We tried the hake ceviche with corn arepas and the Galician tomato with guacamole: both surprising and full of flavor. They have gluten-free dishes, such as arepas with ceviche, potato omelette, candied tomatoes, croca,... I don't know how they deal with the issue of cross contamination. The food is delicious and of good quality.
