Great place to eat if you have celiac disease, there's a wide variety and no traces.

A total success. We are two people with gluten and lactose intolerances. It's one of the only places in the Barrio Humedal that has the allergen information well-controlled and specified on the menu (a great point, since those of us with intolerances are tired of asking what we can and can't eat and having subsequent scares/problems). We ENJOYED IT A LOT! The three dishes we ordered had excellent flavor (the picadillo was so good for a long time). The only drawback (which is common with lactose intolerances) was that none of the desserts were free of milk. I should add that the waiter (whose name we accidentally didn't ask) was a lovely man. It's a pleasure to go out and be served with such kindness, speed, and efficiency (despite it being rush hour and being in a secluded part of the restaurant). I will definitely recommend this place to all our contacts.
